We know that trying to choose work out what to register for at an event can be a challenge, so we’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible!

How many?

First determine how many people you want to register. 

If you have 4 or more people coming, you can book a Team Ticket, giving you 20% discount off the total price. 

If you’re not sure about how many, check out the ‘Registration FAQs’ for some general booking advice. 

Which option?

Once you know how many people you are registering, you will need to select their attendance option. If you’d like to review the options, they can be found on the Features page of this site and there is an Event at a Glance here.

Each pass will provide access to one option only, so choose carefully or register multiple people and you can swap places!

Registration FAQs

Is there a price difference between The Forums and The Elements?

No – we want to keep registering as simple as possible so everything is the same price.

If I register for The Forums, can I go to Forum 1 - Rethinking Reform on one day and then Forum 2 - Digital Dimensions on the other?

Unfortunately no – a single registration will give you access to only one two day forum i.e. you need to choose which one you prefer at the time of registering.

Does an Elements registration allow me to move between the different Elements tracks?

Unfortunately no – you need to choose which of the 4 different Elements you’d like to attend at the time of registering.

BUT – we don’t want to be TOO inflexible. As long as you’ve got one or more colleagues in other options or tracks, you are able to swap places with each other to help customise your experiences.

What if I register and change my mind about which option I want?

We are happy to change bookings where possible on a space available basis. Any requested changes must be made in writing 30 days prior to the event and must be sent to You will receive a response to your request within 2 business days.

Will I get a discount for bringing a group of people?

You will receive a 20% discount off the total price if you register 4 or more people for ANY of The Forums or The Elements (sorry, free Playground Passes aren’t included!)…

What if i want to register a group but don't know who the individuals are as yet?

No problem, simply enter ‘TBA’ in the first and last name fields of each ‘unknown’ registration, followed by your contact details, to complete the registration.

What if I'm registering a group, and don’t know which options they want to choose as yet?

We are happy to change bookings (on a space available basis and only up to 30 days before the event) but be aware that each of the Elements has strictly limited numbers, so the sooner they can decide, the sooner they can be assured of securing a place in their preferred Elements track.

If you can’t get the group to make a decision, call our Education Director, Jon Chivers, on 02 8188 7523 and he may be able to offer some advice.

What if I register but can no longer attend?

Our preference would obviously be to try and find somebody else who’d like to go in your place!

But, if you can’t do that just send an email to with your details and we’ll cancel your registration. Please note that we charge a $110 admin fee for any cancellations.
